Initiation of Claims
When a customer or repair facility needs to file a VSC claim, they just email or call the ActiveAdmin dealership. The ActiveAdmin dealership’s service department then log in to their own dedicated environment, and adjudicate according to the dealer’s own VSC contract. Since the software is so easy to use, it takes one week or less to train dealership personnel how to use it.

Traditionally, adjudicating VSC claims required the involvement of a Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
